It is the policy of Sea Mar Community Health Centers that the patients' dignity will be respected at all times. Thus, the patient/provider relationship will be protected and all employees are expected to keep all material in the strictest confidence. Patient information may be given only when it is necessary to do so in the performance of duty to the patient.
