Dr. Sanders is known by his peers as a strong leader who takes time to discuss administrative or clinical matters with other staff. He is fluent in Spanish. He is currently serving as the clinical director for the Marysville site. His interests lie in rural medicine, travel, photography, and hiking. He currently serves as Chief of Staff at the Cascade Valley Hospital. He is active in helping with community and Sea Mar events. He is part of the organizing team for the Employee Holiday Party and also the Children’s Christmas Holiday Party.
