Prior to joining Sea Mar CHC's Monroe Behavioral Health Clinic, Dina was a counseling services coordinator at the University of Washington for 23 years. She completed a one-year professional internship at Sea Mar's Lynnwood Behavioral Health Center.

Using a variety of therapeutic approaches, Dina tailors therapy to the unique needs of each client, including a strength-based approach, cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems, and art therapy.

Building a trusting relationship is important to Dina. This involves slowing things down and encouraging clients to bring space and awareness to their conditions in a safe environment. She helps her clients to identify blind spots and problem areas in the process of recovery and achieving wellness.

When not working, Dina spends her time reading, gardening, walking her dog, and enjoying her friends and family.
