Eleonora Prikhodko began working at Sea Mar Behavioral Health in October 2018. Prior to working at Sea Mar, Eleonora had volunteered in various community mental health organizations in the Pacific Northwest as well as completed an internship at a community mental health agency. In her experience, she had worked with adult population on variety of issues including anxiety, depression and trauma. Eleonora graduated from the University of Washington in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Psychology and received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University in 2018.

Eleonora’s approach to psychotherapy is flexibly drawn from an integrative style of multitude counseling approaches including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based stress reduction. She centers the counseling approach towards developing a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic relationship with clients in a safe and comfortable environment.

Eleonora enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and swimming.
