Joanne started at Sea Mar as a Peer Counselor in August of 2013. She has been a resident of Whatcom County since 1969. Joanne has a great knowledge of the community, the resources, that are available and how to navigate the system as she was in services herself. Joanne is a Member of "UP" United Peers of Washington, which works to bring hope, respect, and dignity to all peers and consumers in the mental health and addiction field.
