Marche' Ward began her professional career in the field of addiction with Sea Mar Adult Treatment Center in 1998. She has worked as a CDP, Integration Specialist, Clinical Supervisor and now works as the Program Manager. Her educational journey started with Tacoma Community College where she discovered her passion for working with those struggling with addiction. Her education continued on to Evergreen State College's Tacoma campus where she further developed her ambition to serve with social and culture intelligence.

Marche' has experience with a variety of evidenced based practice models where she has been successful at helping Individuals to better understand the disconnect in their lives that create dis-ease. In addition to Sea Mar, she has also worked with Pierce County as a liaison with Children's Administration and Tacoma Public School District.

Marche' enjoys reading, writing, traveling, poetry/spoken words, and gardening. Marche' believes in the innate ability of human beings to be resilient and that they are co-creators in their lives. She holds the viewpoint that her role as a helper is to assist in the remembrance of what's been forgotten and to be of service with an obvious compassion.
