​Megan Robinson began working at Sea Mar Behavioral Health in July 2018. Prior to working at Sea Mar, Megan worked at an inpatient psychiatric hospital as well as various community mental health organizations in the Pacific Northwest. She has worked with children, adolescents ​and adults on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression and trauma, as well as stabilization of individuals with severe and persistent mental health issues. She received her Bachelor's degree from Seattle Pacific University in 2008 and her Master's degree in counseling from Antioch University Seattle in 2016.

Megan believes that the counseling process is a collaboration between client and therapist. Her approach to therapy draws from a multitude of theoretical orientations, including Strengths-based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness Therapy. Megan believes that the therapeutic relationship can be a vehicle for change; therefore, she places great value on working from a place of compassion, authenticity and collaboration.
