Medical Assistant Supervisor: Full-time position available immediately for ambulatory clinic in Seattle. Must have one-year + of ambulatory experience. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.  This is a non-union position. Must be available to work one Saturday every fifth week. This position also requires being the Supervisor On-Call for the long-term-care facility no less than one weekend a year. SEATTLE SKILLED NURSING FACILITY

 

 

Restorative/Rehab Coordinator: Full-Time position available immediately in the Skilled Nursing Facility. Incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of Rehab and Restorative services for the Nursing Home residents.  The position will be held by a Restorative Nursing Assistant who is also responsible for the delivery of Restorative Nursing services under the supervision and direction of the MDS/Restorative Nurse.  Other duties include but are not limited to recruiting, hiring, orienting and providing ongoing supervision to Restorative Nursing Assistants.  Teamwork and organizational skills are necessary. The Mental Health Therapist provides assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved with treatment.  In addition, the therapist will provide individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment and treatment plans, and lead groups. Child/Family Specialist is required for this position.
