The Medical Residency Program Manager position is a full-time position in a Family Practice Residency Program at Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Marysville, WA.

 

In collaboration with the Vice-President of Operations and the Medical Director/Residency Program Director, the incumbent will take the leadership and be responsible for:

 

  • The successful operations and overall management of the medical/residency clinic;

  • Ensuring compliance with Residency Program rules, regulations and guidelines

  • Ensuring the overall clinic operations and Residency Program are/remain financially viable;

  • Implementing established clinical and personnel policies and procedures

  • Developing collaborative working relationships with other community agencies, programs, Residency affiliates and partner organizations;

  • Marketing clinic services
