Full- time Medical Residency Program Manager position available in the Medical Department at Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Marysville, WA. Responsible for the overall financial viability, operations, and management of the medical residency clinic in collaboration with the Vice President of Operations and the Medical Director/Residency Program Director. Responsible for the implementation of clinical and personnel policies and procedures, in collaboration with the VP of Operations and the Medical Director/Residency Program Director. Responsible for marketing the clinic services, and for developing collaborative working relationships with other community programs, agencies, and residency affiliate and partner organizations.  Responsible for implementing and executing the Quality Improvement program.

 

Duties include:

 

  • Assist with the financial planning and budgeting of the medical residency clinic program. 

  • Reviews and monitors expenditures, keeping them within budget and in compliance with existing contracts agreements.

  • Responsible for supervision of all non-provider staff.

  • Approves all leave time and time-sheets of supervised staff, maintains adequate staffing to support provider level.

  • Maintains supplies, equipment, and inventories; arranges for repairs, replacements, and maintenance care of facility and equipment; and ensures safe working conditions.

  • Assist the Residency Program Director in activities related to the selection process of the medical residents; responsible for organizing and implementing the Resident Match process.
