The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision of clinical staff; intern supervision; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; assisting Program Manager with hiring and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; contract compliance; carrying a small case load of clients to provide direct care; and other duties as needed.

Full-time position available in Everett. The individual will be responsible for daily management and operations of Sea Mar Everett Behavioral Health Program. The Program Manager coordinates the program and client’s needs with the North Behavioral Health Regional Director. Provides administrative duties as outlined by the Behavioral Health Regional Director. Ensures full compliance with the DBHR policies and procedures, the North Sound Mental Health Administration contract, Joint Commission accreditation body and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines. Understands multi-cultural issues relative to mental health and chemical dependency treatment.


  • The Manager is responsible for ensuring adequate quality of care for all behavioral health patients, including but not limited to, medication management, chemical dependency treatment, substance abuse care, mental health therapy, peer support services and case management services.

  • The manager is responsible for administrative matters, such as vacation, staff evaluations, staff performance, staff productivity, and ensures clinical supervision is provided to Sea Mar staff.

  • The Program Manager conducts investigations and implements progressive disciplinary action as appropriate.

  • The Manager represents the organization in local meetings and advocates on behalf of Sea Mar patients and the agency.

The Nurse Manager works in conjunction with Clinic Manager and Clinical Director in daily operations of the clinic. Nurse Manager oversees clinical and administrative supervision of all the nursing personnel in the clinic. Responsibilities include;




  • Manage and evaluate approx. 10-12 Medical Assistants (MA), including MA supervisors

  • Implement nursing policies and procedures in collaboration with the Medical Director and Clinic Manager to meet Sea Mar’s standards, philosophy, and governmental regulations.

  • Perform monthly audits (NPSG audits, etc.…) and demonstrate knowledge of State and Federal Regulations as they apply to health centers or hospitals

  • Focus clinic efforts on quality measures, HEDIS, and Meaningful Use standards

  • Provide annual MA trainings (Infection control, sterilization technics, etc.…)

  • Lead hiring efforts for any MAs and participate in the hiring of other support staff

  • Oversee and maintain a patient care system of nurse only visits.


  • Good communication (both written and verbal) and team building skills are a must. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
