He/she provides diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment. In addition, the Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment and treatment plans, and leads groups. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist assists the Program Manager and clinical supervisor to conduct clinical chart reviews. He / She will be required to follow other instructions as assigned by his/her supervisor. Must have the ability to accurately diagnose mental health issues and develop treatment plans based upon diagnoses. Has an understanding of chemical dependency as it relates to behavioral health clients and an ability to coordinate with chemical dependency treatment providers to ensure the needs of clients with co-occurring conditions are met.  X-Ray Technician: Operates x-ray equipment to photograph body parts on the patient, which the physician requires for diagnoses and treatment. He / She will also be involved in Quality Control and in some instances teaching x-ray technician trainees on the use of the x-ray equipment and processing. Perform related administrative and other duties to ensure efficient operation of the x-ray equipment.

Full-time Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) needed to work in our outpatient family medical clinics in Grays Harbors. While in this position, the RD will work closely with the Health Educator, Chronic Care Coordinators, medical providers and other clinical team members in an outpatient setting. The RD is responsible for nutrition education and counseling and will provide patient risk assessment, nutrition education, and nutrition services for patients referred by the Primary Care Provider in individual and some group settings. Nutritional conditions frequently encountered in our clinics include diabetes, obesity, chronic kidney disease, hypertension, heart disease and other chronic diseases. The RD will also work with patients with food allergies, GI conditions, disordered eating, weight management, pediatric nutrition, and other health concerns.
