Full-time position available at Marysville Medical clinic.  If you are a medical assistant with a couple of years’ experience in ambulatory care and interested in this position, please review the Medical Assistant Supervisor roles and responsibilities below.  If you are a LPN with supervisory experience and interested in apply for this position, please review the Nurse Supervisor roles and responsibilities. 

 

 
Required Qualifications

 

Medical Assistant Supervisor: 

 

  • Applicant must have over a year of ambulatory experience and supervisory experience.

  • Responsibilities include managing the overall function of the pod he or she is assigned to, provide patient education, and assist provider in obtaining & ensuring appropriate consents meet federal guidelines.

  • Must have working knowledge of OB/GYN medical terminology & procedures.

  • Must possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

 

Nursing Supervisor: 

 

  • We are seeking a proactive, service oriented Nurse Supervisor with a passion for community health care to join our interdisciplinary team in Marysville.

  • A competitive candidate will have demonstrated appropriate knowledge in outpatient clinical nursing skills and strong skills in day-to-day supervision of personnel and performance improvement as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Candidate should be an LPN or RN licensed to practice in the state if Washington.

  • Position is responsible to providing day-to-day nursing care and providing effective daily supervision of department staff, and completing administrative duties of the department as assigned by the Nurse Manager.

  • Bi-lingual Spanish-speaking is preferred.

 

*Salary ranges dependent on education and experience.
