Sea Mar CHC - Community Care Center

• • Exit on the exit for Michigan Way
• • Turn right onto Michigan Way and stay in the right lane.
• • Follow the exits for the 1st Avenue bridge.
• • Once on the 1st Avenue bridge, follow the exit for W Marginal Way/South Park.
• • Take a slight left at the Y, turn left at the three-way stop onto 1st Avenue.
• • At the street light, turn left onto Cloverdale Street.
• • Turn right on 14th Avenue
• • Turn right on Henderson and go up the hill
• • You will see a large “Sea Mar Community Care Center” sign on your right
• • Turn right into the first driveway after the sign.

• • Going Northbound on I-5, take Exit 156 (Tukwila / West Marginal Way, also known as Hwy 599)
• • Stay on Hwy 599 for about 3 miles, until you come to 14th Avenue So. / Des Moines Way Exit
• • Take Exit; keep right to 14th Avenue South
• • At stop sign turn left on Henderson; go up hill two blocks to the Community Care Center.

• • Follow down to Olson, turn left
• • At Myers Way turn (it will cross over Hwy 509); follow the road (it becomes Cloverdale Ave) to the second light (14th Avenue South); turn right
• • Go 2 blocks; at stop light (Henderson), turn right; go up hill two blocks to the Community Care Center.

• • Take 509 North to Cloverdale exit; yield to the right
• • Go to second light which is 14th Avenue So. and turn right; go 2 blocks
• • Go 2 blocks; at stop light (Henderson), turn right; go up hill two blocks to the Community Care Center
