We provide bilingual social services with a focus on low income homeless and Latino populations. The goal of Sea Mar Homeless/Outreach program is to provide individuals with the services they need to acquire their basic needs.
Services Offered:
- Transportation Services WTA: (Bus passes for homeless clients and medical/dental patients who do not have transportation.)
- Medical and Dental Coverage for the Homeless (Allows homeless clients to receive medical and dental services 2 years, based upon their living circumstances.)
- Lend a Hand Prescription funds: (Prescription assistance to our clients/patients who are low income or have no income and have no insurance to cover the prescription.)
- Shelter Outreach Services: (We provide medical and case management services once a week to the local shelters.)
- Migrant Outreach Services: (We provide the migrant population with assistance in the form of: Medical outreach, information about our services and the services of other community agencies, referrals to Sea Mar clinics, distribution of hygiene items, clothing, and school supplies.
- Case Management: (We provide case management services for the homeless client (financial eligibility/entitlement assistance, referrals for other services not provided, assistance with translating documents (ie: job applications, mail, DSHS paperwork, school enrollment paperwork).
- Referrals to our health education, substance abuse, and mental health programs
- Referrals for assistance with food, clothing and household items
- Shower Passes for clients to use at the YMCA
- Referrals to other community agencies

- Monday through Friday: 8am to 5pm.
