Dr. Garcia-Bell began praciticing primary care at Sea Mar's Des Moines medical clinic in February 2017. Before joining Sea Mar, Raquel completed her undergraduate education in Biology at the University of California, Davis. She then worked at Planned Parenthood for two years as a Reproductive Health Specialist before being accepted into Columbia University's accellerated duel-degree nursing program where she completed a Bachelors and Masters degree in Nursing.

Dr. Garcia-Bell believes in wholistic patient care and is a strong advocate for woman and adolescent health.
