Finance Director: Sea Mar Community Health Center is recruiting for a Full-time Finance Director to provide financial services for our quickly growing, large network of primary care clinics, skilled nursing facility behavioral health programs and two on-site pharmacies. As a member of the accounting team this individual contributes to the successful achievement of the organization’s mission and strategic initiatives by providing leadership, direction and oversight for Accounting Department. Chemical Dependency Professional or CDPT: Full-time position available for new Behavioral Health Program in Aberdeen. Care Coordinator: Full-time position available in Bellingham. This position coordinates the monitoring and follow-up of patients requiring ongoing management of their care with a focus on patients with chronic conditions, in order to improve patient outcomes and clinic flow. The Care Coordinator is responsible for being part of the clinical team and enhancing quality and patient-centered care at Sea Mar Community Health Centers.
