Directions

From Northbound I-5:

 

  • Take Exit 156 (WA-599) toward Tukwila / West Marginal Way.
  • WA-599 N becomes WA-99 N.
  • Take the Des Moines Drive / 14th Avenue S Exit
  • Take the 14th Avenue S ramp. 
 
 
From Southbound I-5:
  • Go south to Exit # 162, Corson Avenue / Michigan Way (in vicinity of Boeing Airfield).
  • Go right on Corson Avenue to first stop light; turn right onto Michigan Way.
  • Continue on Michigan Way and take the exit to 1st Avenue bridge.
  • Once over the 1st Avenue bridge, follow the exit for W Marginal Way / South Park.
  • Stay to your left until you come to a three-way stop, turn left onto 1st Avenue.
  • At the street light, turn left onto Cloverdale Street and continue to 14th Avenue S.
  • Turn right on 14th Avenue.
  • Turn right on Henderson Street and go up the hill.
  • You will see a large “Sea Mar Community Care Center” sign on your right.
  • Turn right into the first driveway after the sign.
  • The Administration office is located in the Care Center building
