Carline has been a Substance Use Disorder Counselor since June of 1994. She has been a Clinical Supervisor for Sea Mar's Puyallup Behavioral Health Center, Lakewood Behavioral Health's SUD program, and Tacoma's Integrated Care Clinic's Substance Use Disorder program since March 6, 2017. Carline provides supervision for up to six Substance Use Disorder counselors as well as provides direct individual services which include facilitation of Substance Use Disorder groups and individual sessions and conducts SUD evaluations. Carline is also trained in the skills of Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety and MRT.

Carline brings with her to Sea Mar approximately 22 years of supervisory experience. She has a passion for working with new and seasoned clinicians to assist in developing their skills in group facilitation, administration of the Substance Use Disorder evaluation and file maintenance.

Carline assists individuals who struggle with a Substance Use Disorder to encourage, support and foster personal growth along with life recovery skills that will provide the opportunity for the individual to make changes in their lives. Her goals are to continue to grow her skills as a clinician and supervisor.
