​Clare is a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker who began her work at Sea Mar in May 2017 as Clinical Supervisor in Tacoma Behavioral Health. She began her career in community behavioral health 15 years ago as a case manager within an Assertive Community Treatment team providing community outreach, therapy, and crisis intervention. She continued on to a clinician role in Emergency Services for adults and Screening Assessment and Support Services for children, adolescents, young adults, and families also providing crisis intervention as well as diagnosis and individual/family counseling.

After a move across the country as a National Health Service Corps provider in 2013, Clare took on the role of Integrated Behavioral Health Care Manager and Clinical Supervisor at Unity Care NW in Bellingham, a fellow Federally Qualified Health Center then as a Clinical Supervisor and Coordinator in the Access Department at Sound Mental Health in Seattle before coming to Sea Mar.
