Liliana Godinez began working at Sea Mar CHC in 2011, and began working at the Kent Behavioral Health Center in December 2012 as a mental health specialist. Born in Guanajuato, Mexico and raised in eastern Washington, in 2010 Liliana earned a Master's degree in social work at Eastern Washington University, with background in Spanish and Latin American studies, and a special focus in working with individuals in school-based settings.

Liliana's experience includes clinical assessments and diagnosis, treatment planning, individual and group therapy. Her therapeutic approach includes solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectal behavioral therapy.

Liliana has a strong interest in working with the Chicano/Latino community, with a special focus on immigrants and migrant workers.

Liliana is respectful of client's individuality and emphasizes the importance of dignity and worth of each person. She is passionate about assisting individuals empower themselves through education and improving their mental health.
