Linda joined Sea Mar in October 2020 as a mental health therapist. She graduated from University of Washington with her MSW in June 2020 and from Reed College with an undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2013. Her prior work has been primarily in hospital and non-profit settings, working with adults and young adults in case management roles.

Linda's approach to therapy is rooted in an anti-oppression framework and working with one's individual strengths to support clients in making the desired changes in their lives. She hopes to offer a supportive and healing space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and identity, often drawing from modalities including CBT, DBT, and Person-centered therapy.

In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with friends, being outside, and watching reality TV.
