Mallory Douge
Mallory Douge - Associate Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Mallory Douge began practicing mental health therapy at Sea Mar in February of 2019. Before practicing at Sea Mar, Mallory completed her undegraduate work in psychology at Brigham Young University-Idaho. She then obtained her Master's in Counseling at Regent University in 2015. She completed an internship at the Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, VA addressing life changes, anxiety and grief/loss issues associated with a cancer diagnosis.

Mallory has experience working with a wide range of cultures and populations. She has previously worked with children, youth and adults in the home and community. Mallory's approach is drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person centered therapy and strength based therapy.

Her professional interests include grief and loss, relationships, trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment/transition, and mindfulness. Mallory believes counseling is a collaborative process and she seeks to provide a safe and supportive environment that empowers individuals to reach their goals.

Mallory was born and raised in Everett. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her beagle, spending time with loved ones, playing board games, watching movies and anything sci-fi. She also is a chorus member of the Ensign Chorus that performs at Benaroya Hall 5 times yearly.
