She has worked with adolescents and adults on several issues including eating disorders, depression and trauma, the impact of substance abuse, personality disorders, and persistant and severe mental illness. She received her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University in 2018.

Patricia works from an intergrative apporach and understands that as each client is unique, their treatment must be unique to them as well. Her approaches include person-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and mindfulness based stress reduction. Patricia works to ensure that the relationship between client and therapist is built on a strong foundation so that the client can maintain stability and overcome challenges to lead a wholehearted and authentic lifestyle.

In her free time Patricia enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with her loved ones.
