She has a deep respect for emerging adults and the personal obstacles that they are faced with. ITera welcomes anyone through her door with a consistent removal of all judgment. She believes that individuals, families and communities have the potential to overcome life's challenges through their own internal resources; even as they may be undiscovered or not yet developed.
