Toni Jacobson began practicing at Sea Mar in February of 2016. Before that she was the Head Social Worker for a non-profit residential care facility for people with HIV/Aids. Coaching High school swimming, and being on staff with the non-profit Young Life inspired her to want to work in Mental Health, preferably to serve teens.

Toni has a Master's Degree in Social Work, a License in Clinical Social Work, and is a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor.

Toni was raised in Colorado and enjoys all things outdoors and active, as well as working and riding her horse.
