Zhen began as integrated mental health therapist at Sea Mar Everett Medical Clinic in October 2019. Before moving to Seattle, she lived in Syracuse NY, Hong Kong and China.

Zhen worked at Sound as a clinical intern. Her duty included case management and individual/group therapy with adult individuals who experience various mental health issues, and other life challenges such as homelessness, unemployment and personal loss. She also worked in a community center for people of color as a case manager in 2018.

Zhen obtained her MSW degree from University of Washington with Mental Health Concentration in 2019. She practices with a frame consists of several approaches including CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), solution-focused therapy, motivational interview. She believes that supporting people and being with people when they are in need is therapeutic and meaningful.

Zhen enjoys the nature. She likes outdoor activities especially hiking. She is working on her gardening skills during the weekends.
