Justin was born in Bellevue, Washington He received degrees in Biology and Latin American Studies at Seattle Pacific University. Also, he has a Masters in Biology from Walla Walla University. He has worked with refugees in the Middle East, and he helped build a surgical center in Chad. He plans to continue working with underserved populations in the future, practicing full spectrum and including a global component. His hobbies include outdoor activities and travel.
