Peter Petrukitas graduated from the Medical College of Georgia with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing in 1996. He served as a Critical Care and Emergency Room Nurse, Instructor and Manager for the Army for 17 years. After retiring from the military, he went on to earn his Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree from the University of Washington to become a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and joined Pulse Heart Institute in 2013. Peter enjoys helping patients know and understand their treatment options, so that a personalized plan of care can be developed.

In his spare time, Peter enjoys spending time with his family, boating, skiing, and other outdoor activities.
