Liz began working at Sea Mar in May of 2019. She has over twenty years of experience providing mental health treatment in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient and in medical settings. Her approach to counseling is person-centered and draws upon motivational interviewing, active listening, stages of change, cognitive behavioral therapy and brief solution-focused therapy. Liz works with physicians to address mental health concerns that are identified in the medical setting.
Outside of the clinic, Liz enjoys cycling and travel.
