Haley Luce began practicing therapy at Sea Mar's Cushman clinic in Tacoma in July 2021. Before practicing at Sea Mar, Haley completed her undergraduate work at Pomona College in Southern California. She then earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington.

Haley believes that therapy is a collaborative process and uses a variety of strategies and interventions to create a strengths-based approach to each individual's therapeutic goals.

Although a California native, Haley now calls the Pacific Northwest home. She enjoys hiking, exploring the Tacoma restaurant scene, and watching OL Reign and Seattle Storm games.
