Heather began working at Sea Mar Behavioral Health in 2018 and is a licensed mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist associate, mental health professional and child mental health specialist in the state of Washington. She strives to provide trauma and compassion informed services from an integrative perspective, offering support and resources that best meets the presenting needs of those she works with.

Common methods incorporated into services include: shame resilience, person centered, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, expressive arts (art, play, and so forth), strength-based, and solution focused. Heather works with children, teens, adults, families, and groups.

Prior to earning a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Heather received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University. Past professional experiences include mental health counseling services to youth, adults, and families through work in community mental health agencies, private practice, and intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization combined eating disorder and mental health treatment.
