Mark Anthony completed his Bachelor's degree in Psychology and then his Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brandman University. Mark Anthony is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and has been a Child and Family Therapist with Sea Mar since 2018.
Mark Anthony is eclectic and uses a blend of cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, reality-based, play, and psychoeducation to individuals age five and up. A holistic approach is utilized by exploring with and educating clients about how mind, body, and spirit are interconnected. His theory is that when individuals have hope and can learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, individuals are free to experience change.
