Oneta Dahl-Bybee has been providing case management for Sea Mar Behavioral Health since 2017. Oneta transferred from Sea Mar Behavioral Health adult services to the Child and Family program in 2019.

Oneta works with our school based program to ensure access to mental health services in our local middle and high schools. In her free time Oneta likes to spend time with her family and explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
