Sarah began working as a Mental Health Therapist at Sea Mar's Everett Behavioral Health Clinic in September 2020. Prior to her employment with Sea Mar, Sarah received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Sport Psychology from Western Washington University. She then went on to complete a Master of Science in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology at Bastyr University.

Sarah's approach to therapy is based in her belief in holistic wellness and social justice. The mind, body, and spirit are all vital aspects of mental health and are affected by individual biological, psychological, and social factors. Sarah strives to actively listen and to create a respectful and courageous space to explore health and identity. She aims to be an ally and advocate for traditionally underserved populations.

Sarah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and Certified Nutritionist in Washington State. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and is a Be Body Positive trained facilitator.

Sarah enjoys spending time with her two cats, Violet and Captain. She also enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, dancing, reading, playing card games with friends and family, and exploring the outdoors.
