Stephanie Blair joined Sea Mar Seattle Behavioral Health Center is April 2019. During her time at Evergreen, Stephanie began applying her passion for supporting underprivileged youth by serving as mentor for teens and their families at a residential facility for youth in crisis. There she gained valuable experience working within the foster care and juvenile systems with adolescents from diverse backgrounds.

In 2018, she completed her master's degree in marriage and family therapy at Antioch University as well as her clinical internship working in community-based mental health and school settings. There, she completed two years as a youth and family therapist with a focus on treating children, teens and parents struggling with complex issues arising from transitional, multigenerational and identity related challenges. She holds her license as a marriage and family therapist associate in the State of Washington.

Stephanie is deeply honored to offer support to the communities she serves and is dedicated to ensuring her clients' needs are met through a collaborative, strengths-based, and individualized approach. She draws from creative-based, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, solution, and emotion-focused therapy modalities and believes that through a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, the inherent qualities of all people can be realized.

As a native Seattleite, Stephanie enjoys spending time with new and old friends at all of her favorite parks, restaurants and music venues. She enjoys cooking, dancing, swimming, camping and the arts.
