Stephanie Cooper began working at Sea Mar November 2019. Prior to working at Sea Mar, she worked in an inpatient hospital settings; including Fairfax Behavioral Health and Cascade Behavioral Health Hospital. As a clinician, Stephanie believes in meeting the individual where they are and collaborative work to reach thier goal and achieve worthwhile change.

Stephanie utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, client-centered, and solution-focused approaches to therapy. She has extensive experience working with indivuals with psychosis related diagnoses, depression, anxiety and trauma.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys being out in nature and spending time with friends, family and her dog.
