Zachary began practicing as a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee at Sea Mar Lynnwood in October 2021. Before working at Sea Mar he enrolled at Northwestern State University of Louisiana in the Addiction Studies program.

Zachary is a firm believer in the relevance of lived experience and peer support for people with substance use disorders, and is open about his long-term recovery.

Zachary enjoys reading, collecting visual artwork, and music. He spends his time off attending as many concerts as he can.
