David is dual certified nationally with special interest in preventative and holistic medicine focusing on the diverse needs of small communities, women’s health, LGBTQ, and pain/anxiety care in adults. David is a proud member of the Elks Lodge with volunteerism in youth and veteran programs. David is a member of the National Society of Leadership Success and Sigma Theta Tau International. David is also certified in Case Management and Healthcare Quality. Evidence based care and Continuous Quality improvement in care by listening to patients and staying Up to Date are promises I make because I care. I also love to garden, fish, read, and go to the beach with my family.
