Amy Masters began working as an Integrated Mental Health Therapist at Sea Mar in November of 2019. She currently works in the Yelm Medical Clinic and provides brief, solution-focused services to patients interested in improving their mental health.

Prior to joining Sea Mar, Amy studied at Seattle University and received a bachelor of arts in psychology with a minor in social welfare in 2013. In 2015, Amy completed her graduate education at Eastern Washington University where she received her master's degree in social work. Amy completed her graduate practicum in a domestic violence program with the YWCA of Spokane.

After graduation, Amy continued her work in the field of crime victim services as an advocate and counselor, and at the state level with the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy. She has experience working with adults in one-on-one and group settings. Amy currently holds an Associate Independent Clinical Social Work license with the State of Washington. In practice, Amy utilizes a holistic, strengths-based approach to support her clients in achieving their goals.

In her free time, Amy enjoys playing all sorts of card games and board games with her friends and family. Her phone is filled exclusively with pictures of her cat, Rigby, and her current personal goals are to bake more cookies and read more books.
