Welcome to Sea Mar Community Health Centers - Marynsville Medical Clinic.

Welcome to our family health clinic located in downtown Marysville, the Strawberry City. We have been serving Snohomish county residents since we opened our doors in 1989. Our goal is to offer our patients high-quality, health care while also providing excellent customer service. We use an interdisciplinary team approach that is focused on the whole person. This means we, emphasize preventative care, even when treating acute conditions, and we work closely with health care partners throughout the community to ensure ongoing care is thorough, well-integrated and well-coordinated.

We offer family medical and pediatric-focused dental services to individuals regardless of ability to pay. Patients with little or no insurance may be eligible for our sliding-fee scale (i.e. reduced fee options). We accept most private and state-funded insurance plans, but regardless of coverage, all patients receive the same excellent standard of care. We are regularly staffed with two full-time family medical physicians, and two full-time nurse practitioners, as well as four part-time physicians, including two pediatricians. Provider profiles are available on this site. Many of our providers, including support staff, are Spanish-speaking.
